The sponsoring agency requires all applicants to describe in essay format the knowledge and experience they can bring to the internship, and how the position would benefit them personally and professionally. This agency appreciates applicants who use creative writing to describe themselves, so make sure to include in your essay: 1) provide details and feelings with your words to relate the knowledge and experience you can bring to the internship, and 2) provide simile, metaphor and personification figures of speech, at the very least, in the writing (at least one of each).
