Write an essay about forgiveness.
Instructions:
There are two parts to this assignment. First, choose someone you have offended, hurt, injured, done some wrong to, or betrayed in some way. Then go to that person and ask for his/her/their forgiveness. Second, chose someone who has offended, hurt, injured, or betrayed you in some way and completely forgive them (it is not necessary to contact them).Then write an essay detailing the lessons you have learned. In describing the first situation, be sure to describe your infraction, what you experienced in seeking forgiveness, how the person(s) responded, and what lessons you learned. In describing the second situation, describe what the person did to hurt you, the impact it has had on you since that happened, and what you learned from the experience once you forgave the person.Write a 3- page essay about your experiences.
