It should be an analytic paper, using historical context, with a thesis and supporting paragraphs. The only requirements are 10-12 pages, double-spaced, and to use citations.
You must cite the work that you use, primary or secondary sources, with the proper information. You may use MLA, Chicago, or another citation form. Be very careful to cite everything and let me know if you have any questions about this because it is very important.
Include your name and a title at the top of the essay. I do not really need any other information. From my GSI -For your paper topic, I think that the topic of the impact of the 6-Day War is a good one. I will encourage you, in your thesis, to not only argue that the 6-Day War created a new standing for Israel in the world but to say - giving very concrete reasons - why that was the case and what this new position entailed.
