To the Tuition Appeals Committee:
I'm writing this letter on behalf of Sara Lauer. She was my student in BIO 264 in summer I.2011.
Ms. Lauer has great passion for academic education , but unfortunately due to her medical situation, she wasn't able to complete the course. The medical situation which prevented her from withdrawing the course at the scheduled time had caused a charge on her account. Due to unavoidable circumstances, which was beyond her control, I would ask you to waive the charge appears on her account.
