Most youth coaches are expected to hold parent information/orientation meetings.
Using the book and research. Write an agenda for a parent orientation meeting for the beginning of the season. Make sure to include at least 6 items on the agenda and a description of each item.
Suggestions:
May include your coaching philosophy, details of the program (how many training sessions per week, number of competitions, travel, tournaments, costs/fees), athlete's policies, parent's policies etc.
