Write about the last time you needed to develop trust with a peer or colleague, but your efforts were not producing the results needed? What did you do/ say?
Using the interview questions above. Thinking about the premise that past behavior predicts future behavior, interviewers will be looking for succinct, specific examples that illustrate the situation you were experiencing, what you did/said/decided, and the results you produced or feedback you received that substantiated whether your behavior was effective. With that in mind, write your response (write it as you would state it in an interview).
Then do some research to identify at least one additional, "best practice" behavioral interview question in use by an employer that appeared on the Fortune Best Employers list last week. Write your response to that question as well in your initial posts. In your follow up posts, provide meaningful feedback to At LEAST one other student on his/her responses. Meaningful participation above and beyond the minimum requirements will be noted and appreciated.
