Write about Capital Punishment, including the two cases of FURMAN v. GEORGIA and GREGG vesus GEORGIA. The paper can be anything about Capital Punishment. Just include a little history on the subject, include the progressions of the cases in this country up to modern times, and even whatever your point of view is. Make sure to include 3-5 cases that bring the law where it is today (I gave you two already). The paper should also have footnotes. It needs to be no less than 4 pages and no more than 6 NOT including the title page and bibliography.
