For inspiration, read My Summer of Scooping Ice Cream by Shonda Rhimes (140-142) in which she describes her experience working in an ice cream parlor when she was a teenager. This job served as the foundation for her work ethic. Rhimes is considered to be one of the hardest working women in show business.

Task
In 2 to 3 pages essay that combines narration and description, write about a memorable experience from your youth (a job, a special vacation, an unexpected health scare, making a new friend, etc.) that has shaped your outlook on life. Be sure to provide specific details in your descriptions that appeal to the senses.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
