Write a well-developed summary about the both the National Park Service (NPS) and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). This summary should include:
• A statement of the mission of the agency
• A brief explanation of their organizational structure
• A description of its role in the Federal environmental arena
• Identify the major programs it implements.
In describing the programs, refrain from simply reiterating what you read on the agencies' websites. Instead, put it into your own words. What do you believe the purposes are for these programs and how in combination they carve out a role for USGS and NPS.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
