Select a company (or make one up) and do a brief analysis of the future industry of the company. Prepare a SWOT Analysis and compute the future turbulence. Then go through and analyze each part of the company. Write a three to five-page analysis of the company including future turbulence, each aspect of the firm, the gaps, and your personal prediction for the future performance of the firm if the gaps are not corrected.
