As the second part of the CIT Interview Techniques homework (steps 4-5 of the CIT process), write a summary report (1,400 to 1,500 words) about the information gleaned from the interview process in Essay (B6)21
Interview Summary Report:
i. Write a summary report (1,400 to 1,500 words) about the information gleaned from the interview process, drawing connections and connecting to scholarly leadership research.
ii. Conclude the paper with a discussion of the participants' descriptions of the meaning of the incidents described during the interview process.
iii. The Summary Report should also include the raw data collected as in the original paper, in at least three appendices, and in question and answer format.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
