Problem: Choose either "The Open Boat" or "The Thing in the Forest" and write a short character analysis. Choose one character in one of those stories and describe how they changed or how they learned something. First identify what they are like at the beginning, then note two or three examples of how they have changed. Did anything happen to facilitate/exacerbate this change? Describe it. End with a description of their mental/physical/ emotional state at the end of the story.
