TOPIC: Abuse of the Government Purchase Card
Purpose: Write a senior leadership centric paper on an emerging ethical dilemma or issue within the US Army. This paper will expand the students understanding as it relates to current or generally under-served ethical issues and their impact on the Army Profession.
