Assignment
Question 1:
Write a primary post that focuses on any topic covered in the presentation or readings, and refers to whatever assigned readings and outside research you find about that topic. You might choose a historical period (Cold War, World War II, etc.) or social issue (drugs, law, etc.) or something else mentioned in the presentation or readings, and reflect on what you learned about how superhero stories have handled the topic and discuss this from whatever angle you want. (at least 400 words)
Question 2:
Write a secondary post about some aspect of superheroes in society and history -- it could be something from the presentation or any of the readings -- that you did not discuss in your primary post. You might want to choose one of the readings for this week and examine the issues it raises in more detail, or bring your own research to a topic.(at least 400 words).
