You are Monica Keil, President of Keil Consulting Services. Your firm is doing very well and you decide to purchase a high-quality desk for your office. Over the internet, you order a desk described as "North American white oak embellished with inlaid walnut". You have not ordered office furniture from this company before.

When the desk arrives, you know that you have made a mistake. It is not the high-quality piece of furniture that you expected based on the picture and description on the website. The desk was very expensive and you don't feel it is worth the money, so you decide to return it and ask for your money back.

Task:

Write a routine claim email to Rodney Harding, Marketing Manager, Big Spruce Wood Products. List at least three things that you do not like about the desk. Ask for your money back.
