Assignment: Capstone Report

1) Write a summary of the problem and the solution you proposed.

2) Write an evaluation of (i.e., perform quality assurance for) your project. Include each of the following:

a) how you approached formative evaluation (quality assurance), including quality assurance criteria (the metrics that will measure the project's success and actual results)

b) how you tested your solution

c) test cases and scenarios you used

d) the acceptance criteria and the evaluation framework (based on industry standards, regulations, or other acceptable criteria) that you used

3) Write a review of your completed project. Include each of the following:

a) whether all of your assumptions were resolved as expected

b) all of the phases of the project

c) any deviations in project timeframe

d) project dependencies

e) resource requirements

f) important project milestones reached based on the implementation strategy

g) what is being delivered to the company, such as hardware and software

h) which deliverables you plan to submit to document and explain your implementation plan

4) Write an explanation of any revisions you made based on the formative evaluation results.

5) Write an explanation of your plan for summative evaluation.

6) Write an explanation of which groups should receive specific reports and evaluation results (e.g., general information for stakeholders, high-level report for project sponsor), including how those reports and results will be disseminated.

7) Write a postimplementation description of future support for the solution, including planned further upgrades. Include each for the following:

a) the resources needed for postimplementation support and how those resources will be obtained

b) a detailed plan for short- and long-term maintenance

8) Write a postimplementation project summary. Include each of the following:

a) the deliverables included to document the plan and process (e.g., samples or artifacts that provide evidence of the implementation)

b) the criteria and evaluation framework that your project successfully addressed for how you evaluated each outcome

c) a justification of differences between proposed and actual outcomes

d) what you learned from the process of completing this project

9) Acknowledge sources, using APA-formatted in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.

10) Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission

Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:

a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.

b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
