You will read two articles regarding worldwide aquifer issues and a local water plan to extract groundwater for LA (links below). Given what you have learned in this course and read in the articles, write a response to the plan outlined in the article. Clearly state if you agree or disagree with the plan. You must support your opinion using details from the articles. Your response should be no less than 350 words. You will be graded on clarity, organization, structure and use of details from both articles to support your perspective.
