Assignment
Write a research report on one major law (Act) that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administers through its regulations. The report should be two pages not counting references, single spaced, and submitted as an attached document. Use APA formatting for references and citations. Think of this assignment as the introduction to a research paper.
1. Identify the Act,
2. define the Act,
3. cite a specific industry the Act regulates and the pollutants involved, and
4. explain how EPA regulates under this Act (permits, fines, monitoring, inspections, etc). Label a section for each of these requirements.
