Complete a Gemba Walk in your place of employment and document your observations. While completing your walk, look for ways to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, improve a product, or streamline a process. You must actually take a walk.

Write a report on your observations of your Gemba. Include the following in your report:
o Include a summary of the organization you're surveying (e.g., products or services, mission and vision)
o Where did you go?
o Who did you observe?
o When did you go ?
o What was the goal of your Gemba?
o What did you learn?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
