The crisis or situation is that one of your PR co-workers, has quit your company and is spreading personal information about your business. The former co-worker is contacting your competitors and spreading bad rumors all over social media. He is doing this because he is upset at your business.
He is not saying or doing anything illegal, but rather posting and telling things about your business workers' personal lives. This will certainly give your firm a bad reputation and can hurt profits. Write about the situation, include details about the current public reactions, and overall company's involvement.
