In this assignment you will assess the interventions taken in the Ben and Jerry's case, presented in the textbook, Organization Development and Change. Based on your own diagnosis of the organization, you will propose your own alternative interventions.
Write a paper that addresses the following:
Using the organization design model in Chapter 5, diagnose the Ben and Jerry's organization.
Discuss whether the business is over or under organized; fully explain your position.
Identify the relevant groups or people that were involved in the intervention described in the text and how they influenced the organizational change.
Note how the change was measured and evaluated.
Finally, based on your own diagnoses of the Ben and Jerry's organization, discuss what human process interventions you might have used.
Support your paper with at least two research articles published in peer reviewed journals in the past five years as well as three other scholarly articles.
