Homework: Organizational Paper Review
For this homework each student will write a 5 to 7 pages paper on a personal business conflict that he or she experienced in an organizational setting as an individual or within a group or team.
Instructions
The organizational analysis will contain the following sections:-
1) Introduction of our main topic Negotiation and Conflict Management
2) Background and history that led to the conflict.
3) How/why did the conflict escalate?
4) How was the conflict resolved?
5) What would the student have done differently, based on what he or she has learned in the course-room?
6) Do not copy and paste from the internet this must be your own person conflict or one that occurred in a team you worked with in your past or present organization.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
