Wrting - Opposite Sex Paper Help
Students will write a paper analyzing the behavior they exhibit when working with coworkers of the opposite sex.This paper requires a thorough assessment of you, and students should strive to be as accurate as possible. In writing the paper, students need to clearly identify each required element as a faculty member cannot assume you are writing about one issue when in fact you are writing about another.In responding to the questions, students will apply concepts learned in the class to support the reasoning.
Required Elements to include in the Self-Analysis Paper:
The analysis should answer the following questions:
1. What do you do differently when working with coworkers of the opposite sex than you do working with coworkers of the same sex?
2. What are your strengths, and what do you need to improve upon, in working with coworkers of the opposite sex?
3. What stereotypes do you bring to the workplace that affect how you relate to coworkers of the opposite sex? Be specific for both male and female.
4. Using the areas that need improvement and the stereotypes you identified, what are three to five actions you could take to strengthen your role in the workplace?
