Write a paper about Airport noises and how it effects the population around it.
Minimum 10 page body (not including title page, abstract, and references page).
You can research and write on an actual court case, out of court settlement, FAA action, proposed rulemaking, insurance issues, liability issues, etc.
Ensure you cite your references and include a description of the case or legal action or result, allegations of the plaintiff and a summary of the legal action and results. How does it relate to the course objectives? Many sources are available on line or in law journals. FAA enforcement actions, appeal hearings, civil and international lawsuits and criminal actions follow almost every aircraft accident.
