Write a (1 to 2) pages in length about a clinical situation where you believe your nursing care made a difference in the care of the patient, or describe a patient care situation where you missed something important or learned a critical lesson that influenced or changed your practice going forward. Review the Yale New Haven Hospital: Clinical Nursing Exemplar Guidelines as a resource in writing this clinical narrative. Submit this problem for review and comments by your faculty.
