Question: What is leadership?
Following the completion of working through the lessons materials, complete each of the following:
* Write a one-two sentence personal definition of leadership. Base your definition on what you have encountered this week, as well as on what you have already learned about leadership. Do this using third person voice only - no first or second person voice. It can be done - avoid phrases such as "I believe" and "My opinion is" - simply develop a definition based on your analysis and interpretation of the readings and back your statements by source material.
* Discuss the statements: "Leadership is everybody''s business" and "Leadership is not an affair of the head, but rather an affair of the heart."
* Finally, write about the differences between leadership and management.
