1) Choose a set of online instructions that need to be improved. (Feel free to choose a topic that reflects your personal or professional interests-you are welcome to choose a hobby: sports, cooking, gaming, technology, etc.)
2) Write a memo that analyzes strengths, weaknesses, and then make recommendations to improve that original instruction set.
3) Now create a set of revised instructions that improves upon the original that you chose, referencing some of the design elements found in chapter 19.
