Problem
1. Write a markup document to provide a form that collects names and telephone numbers. The phone numbers must be in the format ddd-ddddddd. Write a servlet that (1) checks the submitted telephone number to be sure that it conforms to the required format and then (2) returns a response that indicates whether the number was correct.
2. Revise the survey example so that it displays the result as a horizontal bar, similar to a progress bar, ranging from 0 to 100.
