Refer to your selected integrative case as you complete the following:
Write a half-page response to the following question: What is the approach to performance-based pay used by Southwest Airlines ? How effective is it? If it is not effective, how can it be improved?

A - 1.a - What are the objectives of each company's approach to benefits and services ?
A - 1.b - How well do the benefits and services packages serve the business objectives and the needs of employees ? Which package would you prefer ? Explain Why.
Q - Write a one-page response to "Projects to Extend Your Learning" Questions 1.a. and 1.b. on page 512. Answer both questions in regards to your selected company only.
A - 1.a - First, jot down the threats to employee health and safety at Southwest Airlines.
A - 1.b - Next choose southwest airlines and describe the safety, health, and well-being programs that you believe should be in place, Be specific about the objectives of the programs, and make sure you state who should be responsible for them.
