Problem
On a recent trip to Mexico you were charged $80.00 for international usage. You contacted Cellular Everywhere which is your mobile phone provider in advance of the trip, and you were told that your data plan may not work in Mexico- which it did not. The only time you used your phone on the trip, was at the hotel through WIFI access. You do not think that you should be charged for data usage that you did not receive. You have made multiple calls to Cellular Everywhere and received promises of call backs from the billing department to resolve the issue which has resulted in no resolution of the issue.
