Question: Which elements of the business environment matter?
1· Write a few notes summarising aspects of the business environment of which you are aware. You may find it helpful to think of a manager you have worked with, or when you have been managing an activity.
2· Identify two instances when they (or you) were discussing aspects of the wider context of the job - such as the culture of the organisation or the world outside.
3· How did this aspect of the context affect the job of managing?
4· How did the way people deal with the issue affect performance?
