Write a Economic paper for anti-trust enforcement about buffalo.
I want you to write up in a 2-3 page per person paper that looks at the influence of either anti-trust enforcement or unpunished anti-trust behavior (restraint of trade or monopolization) in Buffalo during the city's rise (1890-1930). The best possible answer will explain clearly the firm or individuals responsible for the behavior, why it is an example of (currently) outlawed practices and the reason the behavior came to the attention of whoever recorded it.
