Investigate car insurance for the $5200 vehicle that you identified in the module 9 installment of this project. Write a discussion paper on the factors that affect insurance rates in an area, specific cost areas in a policy that can cause your annual rate to be higher or lower, and for your vehicle, what an ideal policy would be.
