Homework: Document Analysis Paper
Choose a construct or process, such as motivation, empowerment, isolation, goal-setting, problem-solving, and so forth, using your TV observation and your interview data set as possible sources of context.
Find an archive of transactional documents that contain evidence of your chosen construct. Transactional documents may include minutes of meetings, conference programs, a collection of organizational mission statements, the evolution of a product, and so forth, but not scholarly articles.
Conduct an analysis of the documents of which you have chosen to obtain a deeper understanding, as well as the meaning of the construct that evolves from the documents.
Write a 1,750 to 2,100 words paper documenting your analysis that includes:
1. A description of the construct
2. A description of the document set you used
3. A description of the sampling method you used to choose a few documents to review
4. A description of the data analysis approach you used
5. The steps in your data analysis
6. The results of your analysis
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
