A car driven by Mrs. Carla Potanski, a 68 year-old resident of Pleasant Heights, failed to come to a complete stop.
You swerved to avoid the car and, even though the driver started to brake, you collided with the car at a slow speed. Your injuries were a skinned knee and a twisted ankle, which were treated at Downtown Hospital. Mrs. Potanski's major damage was a scratched bumper. Your Bianchi San Jose bicycle is ruined and unusable. Address this incident in the following documents:
