THIS IS FOR A GROUP MOTIVATION PROJECT.
Write a case scenario that describes the nature of the performance issues, the jobs that are affected, the company, key aspects of the setting and issues facing the company. Describe examples of what is happening, the kinds of behaviors you want to motivate, and why they are important. How will you know if there has been an improvement? What results or outcomes can you measure of assess? This needs to be completed from the view of management, a disgruntled employee and an empathetic employee.
