Reread each of the six Case Studies and write a short (two to three pages) summary of Carla's growth as medical assistant. Included in your summary should be a critique of the Case Studies for both accuracy and effectiveness. In your summary/critique, also comment on the impact unprofessional behaviors have on communication, group dynamic, morale, and patient outcomes.Solid academic writing is expected.
