1. Write a brief (three or four sentence) job description for a job for which you might interview people. List five competencies that you deem necessary for this job. If you do not have currently have people working for you, describe your own job or one you had in the past.
2. Describe how you would prepare for interviewing job applicants for this position. What kinds of questions would you ask? What kinds of questions would you refrain from asking?
3. List at least eight questions you would ask and explain the purpose of each question.
