Choose a category of disaster from the above link, then narrow to a detailed event as the result of the disaster. For instance:
Category: lightning fire
Detailed Event: restaurant. +
Write a brief paper on the statistics you've discovered on the website for the category you've chosen, and design a flowchart or other diagram that shows a "domino effect" of other costs that might be incurred by the disaster. For example the written description might read:
A lightning fire at a restaurant could lead to the business closing, followed by a loss of income for staff, that affects the ability to pay a mortgage or utilities, that cause costs to increase to other customers, and so on.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
