Due to your background in sport and exercise psychology, the human resources department of a small company that employees approximately 100 workers has contacted you for assistance. The human resources director is concerned that several employees are sitting at workstations for extended periods and receive very little activity while at work. She recently attended a workshop where she learned that a lack of exercise could contribute to increased absenteeism as well as symptoms of depression, decreased motivation, and work productivity. While at the workshop, she learned of two programs-Get Moving and Step by Step-that she is considering implementing for the company's sedentary employees. She has asked you to design a brief Microsoft PowerPoint presentation of 8-12 slides that she can present to her manager for consideration of a similar offering at their company.
