Your project would have been stronger with more substantive detail to answer the questions of who, what, where, when, why and how. Good effort identifying regional trade agreements of which the company. You might want to focus on just one country on the last part of the assignment, so that you can discuss the expansion in greater detail. Continue to work on integrating your research into your writing. You needed additional current references in your research. Also make sure to use enough in-text citations to quote and cite your sources.
Phase 3
As you recall, we are working on a course project. The final deliverable of the course project is a detailed memo that you will prepare, outlining the opportunities and constraints of establishing operations in another country from a legal perspective. There are three parts to the project. This is Phase 3 of the assignment. Include two- to three-recent articles and/or cases that you can locate in the Online Library or on the Internet, concerning opening and operating a business within a foreign country. Write a two- to three-page summarization of the articles.
