As your B&B and your Hotel properties continue to succeed, you need to think about your marketing strategies and how you want to set yourself apart from your competition.
1. Would you target a certain demographic in your marketing strategies? Why or why not? Would you market your B&B differently from your hotel? How and why?
2. Thinking about the 4-Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion), what marketing techniques can you use to generate more traffic to your B&B or Hotel location? What strategy can be used to entice those who are not staying on your properties to come for a meal at your location?
