From your own experience, outline characteristics and features of a leader that you have personally been involved with, worked under, admired, or followed. What made this person a leader?
If a coach were to ask you how she should develop leadership on her team next year, would you suggest she choose whom she wants to be a captain, let the team pick, or simply let a natural leader emerge? Justify your answer.
