a) Do you agree that these categories should be exempt from compliance? Why or why not?
b) Would you suggest additional categories? If so, which and why?
c) Are there any differences with Virginia's Fair Housing Law?
The Hampton Roads/ Historic Triangle area is home to a lot of retired people.
a) Do you believe there is a need for adult-only designated communities and/or that individuals under 55 years old should not be allowed to live in such communities?
b) Do age-restricted communities fly in the face of fair housing laws?
