1.Do you think that Lyotard was suggesting the metanarrative as a particular way of reading which we should avoid, or was he suggesting that metnarratives exist innately and that they are destructive in themselves?
2. Would the great underlying mission of postmodernism be to clash with the concept of metanarratives completely, and focus more on individualization and smaller stories?
3. Would Lyotard consider his writing as a meta-narrative since he decries the value and consequence of writing that serves to enlighten considerable social groups? Probably not. But how would he justify his rationale?
