Would it be ho 26 ha26 or do you look at 250 very confused

A research project amongst 250 statistic students was conducted to investigate whether an extra revision session would help students to obtain the high distinction (HD) grade in the course. Halfof the participants in the research took the workshop and half did not. At the end of the semester, 26 of those who did the session obtained HD and 18 of those who did not also obtained HD. Perform a test at the 10% level of significance to see if the revision session is effective in helping students to obtain the HD grade.

Would it be Ho 26, ha<26? Or do you look at 250? Very confused and need help/direction. It then asks to give the standardized test statistic - which I think it would be

z=x-u

o/square root of n
