Working on a problem where there is a company changing


Working on a problem where there is a company changing their process to allow the customer to choose delivery times (next-day, two-day...) instead of in the order they are recieved. What changes to the process map will occur? Also, how will transportation management need to communicate with order management, and how would that look if it were to be mapped out?
