Women are traditionally underpaid, unrecognized, or even excluded in the workplace in many foreign companies. Select a country where this is very much the case besides the country that you reside in. Choose a nation where women are relegated to lower levels of pay, education, and even political freedoms. Suppose you are the new prime minister of this country, and you are determined to change this situation. You are to do the following:
- Summarize the role of employment and women in this country. Remember to include objective research.
- Provide an argument for the inclusion of women in this country. How would women's talents in this country be value added in the workplace?
- Determine what the greatest challenges to fulfilling your argument would be. As the prime minister, how would you set out to overcome these challenges?
