1) Provide an example of a project that your business or a business where you have worked might undertake. Describe how it meets the criteria of being a temporary, unique endeavor that is outside of business-as-usual operations.
2) Without using your class project, provide either a problem or an opportunity statement for a potential project that has meaning for you at work or in your personal life. Be certain to include the required components of identity, location, timing, and magnitude
3) Explain the difference between interpersonal and task-related conflict. Apply what you have learned in class to come up with your own real-world example of each. How would you address these conflicts as a project manager.
