Without naming the company, describe a place where you work or worked in terms of this grid. Where does the company fall in the grid? Provide specific examples of decisions made by the company that demonstrate why it should be placed at a point on the grid. Respond to another student’s post and predict what results this management led to. Where employees committed and productive? Efficient? A discussion board entry contains roughly 150 words.
